Inteli-K ("we", "our", or "us") operates the EasyDocs application for monday.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use EasyDocs.

1. Information We Collect

When you use EasyDocs, we may access the following data from your monday.com account:

• Board data: Column values and item data from boards where EasyDocs is installed, used solely for generating PDF documents.
• Template files: DOCX template files you upload for document generation.
• Account information: Your monday.com user name and email, used for app functionality and email delivery.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively to provide the EasyDocs service:

• Generating PDF documents from your board data and templates.
• Mapping template placeholders to board columns.
• Delivering generated documents via email (Starter plan).
• Tracking document usage for plan limits.

3. Data Storage and Security

EasyDocs is hosted on monday code, monday.com's own cloud infrastructure. Your data is processed within monday.com's ecosystem and is subject to monday.com's security standards. Template files and generated documents are stored temporarily for processing and delivery, then removed.

4. Third-Party Services

• monday.com: Platform provider and hosting infrastructure.
• Resend: Email delivery service for sending generated PDFs to recipients (Starter plan only).

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third parties.

5. Data Retention

Template files are stored as long as your EasyDocs configuration is active. Generated PDFs are stored temporarily for delivery and then removed. Usage metrics are retained for billing and plan limit tracking.

6. Your Rights

You can delete your templates and configurations at any time through the EasyDocs interface. Uninstalling EasyDocs from your monday.com account removes all associated data. For data access or deletion requests, contact us at the email below.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the monday.com marketplace listing or via email.
