Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of EasyDocs, a monday.com application provided by Inteli-K ("we", "our", or "us"). By installing or using EasyDocs, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

EasyDocs is a PDF document generator that integrates with monday.com. It allows users to upload Word document templates, map placeholders to board columns, and generate professional PDF documents from board data.

2. Account and Access

EasyDocs requires an active monday.com account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your monday.com credentials. Access to EasyDocs features depends on your subscription tier (Free or Starter).

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

• Free: 100 documents/month, 3 custom templates, 1 board. No cost.
• Starter: 500 documents/month, 10 custom templates, 5 boards, 3 automations, 50 emails/month. $5/month per seat.

Billing is managed through monday.com's marketplace billing system. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time through your monday.com account settings.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use EasyDocs to generate documents containing illegal or harmful content.
• Attempt to circumvent plan limits or usage restrictions.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.
• Use the service to transmit malicious files or code.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all templates you upload and documents you generate. Inteli-K retains ownership of the EasyDocs application, its code, design, and branding. The preset templates provided with EasyDocs are licensed for your use within the application.

6. Service Availability

EasyDocs is hosted on monday code and depends on monday.com's infrastructure. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for outages caused by monday.com platform issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inteli-K shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of EasyDocs. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using EasyDocs at any time by uninstalling it from your monday.com account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, with notice where possible.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of EasyDocs after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes through the monday.com marketplace listing.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico.
